There’s not much more to say about today’s workout, but somehow I’ll manage to find extra words to describe the pure insanity.  Warm-up and treadmill hill drills.  15 squats, 15 pushups, 15 crunches, 15 front & back lunges (both legs), 15 bicep curls (with heavy weights), 15 burpee/push-up/renegade row/squat/overhead press combos- all of these 15 rep exercises X 4!  I was going to snap some pictures after class so you could all see defeat personified, but as I died and went to hell I decided that photography was not a priority .  OK, I might be exaggerating slightly but I did have to step outside during one set of those devilish burpee combos.  I hung out by the dumpster (just in case) and resumed the torture on unsteady legs once I mostly regained the contents of my stomach my composure.  During this hour many thoughts passed through my mind, most of which are not appropriate to record in this blog (remember, my kids are readers).  And because I can’t think of a more accurate summation for today’s post, besides maybe grunting which you wouldn’t be able to hear anyway :
