WEEK 8 DAY 4

Waking with the beginnings a migraine is never a good thing.  Rising early, exercising at a high intensity and finding that the skull-ache is still hanging around is even worse.  Today was one of those days.  I couldn’t retreat to a dark room and nap all day, there was too much to do for tomorrow’s trip.  Simple tasks like parallel parking at the gas pump proved challenging, but I persevered.  With a full tank, I organized and packed, happy to have my workout sore muscles to distract me from my aching head.
