I wish I could say I’ve recently grown a foot, eliminated all body fat, and magically subtracted 5+ years from my age- but no, this is not a photo of me.  This impressive specimen of woman is one of my favorite Boot Camp instructors, B!  I’ve described many of her workouts in previous posts, and again dragged my butt out of bed early to attend her class.

Not only is B in incredible shape, she is one of the most amiable trainers you’ll ever meet.  She demands maximum effort from her clients with an easy smile and lots of positive reinforcement.  B is also a mother which makes her especially empathetic of the juggling women do, sometimes at the cost of their fitness.  B is a true inspiration!  I am definitely a stronger athlete for having made her acquaintance.
