Today’s prescribed Rest day has not included much relaxation.  I’m so pumped up by this first week of training that I decided to throw caution to the wind and hit the gym again for Boot Camp.  It was a fabulous choice, more of the aforementioned  intense exercises with a whole lot of jumping around (plyometrics).  While the overachiever in me is quite pleased by her athletic prowess, I’m painfully aware that my legs may hate me in the morning.
